We’re Bloomfield, a Tel Aviv startup creating a world where patients feel safe and well informed about cannabis-based medications. Our mission is to be a catalyst for a modern cannabis industry transformation – an environment where cultivators and manufacturers provide clean, consistent and compliant products; where patients are informed and have safe access to medication; and where regulators can seamlessly monitor and control the entire cannabis ecosystem.
We are seeking a talented and versatile graphic designer to support a broad range of marketing, advertising, and brand initiatives for our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and executing online advertising campaigns, managing asset production – brand style guides to photography shoots and designing merchandising solutions (in-store and online).
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a history of successful execution, and has a bias toward action. This role will be an integral to Bloomfield’s marketing, sales, and brand-building efforts, and we’re looking for someone who has the maturity to do work that builds brand, along with the passion and creativity to develop work that stands apart from others.
What You'll Be Up To:
Produce and design marketing materials such as web design, social content, merchandising, and much more
Create digital marketing materials – advertising campaigns, Web site assets, email and other branded content to promote and differentiate Bloomfield products and services
Design retail assets
Execute design studies for packaging and product concepts
Work closely with Design Director to ensure all creative output effectively balances building the Bloomfield brand and promoting sales and customer engagement
Deliver on multiple work streams simultaneously
Work with external agencies on specific project needs
Ensure all product and marketing material follow Bloomfield’s brand guidelines
Contribute strategically to the development of brand identity and visual look and feel
Promote continual creative improvements through self-education and refinement of processes
Collaborate with production, marketing, and engineering teams as necessary to ensure design deliverables are in line with the overall Canary experience
At least 3-4 years of experience in designing customer facing digital and print products (web and mobile) – Design Portfolio is a must
Extensive digital experience (advertising, Web assets) complemented by print and packaging skills
Eagerness to learn and thrive with a fast-growing, technologically advanced company
Demonstrate a love and passion for everything design- and art-related
Ability to identify overarching digital design issues and opportunities and implement effective solutions
Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and come up with ideas that are relevant and enticing
Deep understanding of current design trends and technologies
Strong understanding and experience with various web design software (Figma/Photoshop/Affinity Designer/Webflow)
